Staffed at a major retailer on the Belgian market, I am taking up the role as techlead of a backend feature team. Main focus of the team is building the Identity solution for the platform, and facilitating partner integrations into the ecosystem. Responsibilities include:

- End-responsibility of delivered scope (timing, quality and building the right things)

- Intake of requirements, technical analysis and working out technical solutions with the various stakeholders

- Coaching teammembers on technical implementation and code quality

- Acting as a SPOC for technical topics that impact the team

- Alignment between different backend teams, to optimize the use of shared code and components

- Planning of features and scope items Techstack that I work in: .NET stack, various Azure Cloud components (Azure Api Management, Azure AD B2C, Azure Functions, CosmosDB, Blob storage, Azure Monitor, etc.), Kubernetes (Azure Kubernetes Service) and many more.

Main focus is building the identity solution of the ecosystem, and aligning/ defining the best practices used by the various backend teams within the program.
