I have a degree in Human Resources Management and eight years of international work experience in the fields of Hospitality, Adtech and Mobile Games.
I am currently open to the market for remote missions.

During my years of experience, I have been entrusted with major projects, such as the implementation of the CSE, a remuneration policy and skills assessments.

Particularly rewarding missions consisting in managing the life cycle of the employee within the company, including: recruitment, international onboarding, skills development, quality of life at work, international mobility including relocation and immigration management, redundancies and contractual termination.

Strong of a startup experience in which, it was only 12 of us with a lot of room to maneuver and no HR processes in place. Today the scale up has 50 employees between Paris, Caen, Mauritius, and Madagascar.

I was also able to acquire a solid knowledge of the international labor law sector, having had to manage 500 employes split within entities located in France, Turkey, Canada, UK, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, China, Netherlands, Poland, USA, India, Russia and Ukraine.
