I provided Legal advice to Commission's services and EU Agencies. Former EU Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Specialized in EU Grant Agreements, especially for EUR 100Mn+ grants and overall Programmes of 1Bn+.

I provide tailored legal advice on anything relating to EU Grants, everything in-between, and their management to prospective applicants and beneficiaries.

Also still supporting the European Commission and EU Bodies as a contractor for punctual needs.

I help for the preparation of proposals to be successful and for costs to be eligible when incurred.

I provide tailored legal advice to Coordinators of Multi-beneficiary Grant Agreements, including their set-up and their overall organisation, including under a Belgium-based Legal entity (AISBL).
