CTO and Lead .Net Developper for 7 years. Experienced in development but not only. During my career in startups, I had the chance to do all kind of roles, like sourcing and recruiting, selling new products to clients, gathering their needs and doing on site support.

My only goal is to build better software to add an extra value to the users.

Multitasking Developer.

- Developed from scratch Secured Lending and Compliance modules. Worked on Trading, Risk and Market data modules. All the developments were done in C#, using frameworks like Devexpress, or Hibernate. A focus was made on profiling and improving the performances.

- Business and Support Analyst, discussed, on the phone or on site, with worldwide clients their bugs and enhancement requests. Then analyze and sort them to transmit development request to other developers.

- Project Management, for a Swiss based client, managed the project, requests deadlines and deliveries. Make demos of the solution.

- Recruitment, in charge of interviewing, and training junior developers.
