● As functional analyst: supported the replacement of an undocumented legacy ERP through extensive reverse engineering —
translating hidden logic into clean, documented specifications that became the foundation for the entire platform
● As Project Lead (Oct 2023): own and deliver a second ERP handling compliance-critical customs flows — tightly integrated with the first system through complex cross-system data validation, reducing manual handling, data errors and customs fines, and improving data quality across the operation. As lead, I also had ownership of project planning, budget, client relationship, and team resourcing.
● Drove roadmap sequencing and sprint planning across 2–3 year delivery cycles, maintaining alignment between business goals and technical execution through sustained stakeholder management
