TalloRes is my own B2B SaaS start-up where we've created an easy to use and affordable restaurant reservation software that focusses on the core needs of the restaurant owner. My responsibilities:

• • Designed and described the entire product from scratch.

• • Selected and managed the off-shore development team.

• • Setup all the internal toolings to be a completely self running process with minimal manual intervention to create a seamless customer onboarding, management and off boarding.

• • Set-up marketing campaigns and automated flows to support our product led sales approach.

• • Led the creation of a unified product design team across three merged companies, fostering collaboration and establishing a shared design vision.

• • Implemented a feedback culture within the design team to ensure continuous improvement.

• • Championed the development and adoption of a new design system within 6 months, streamlining design processes and ensuring design consistency.

• • Successfully integrated the Resengo product and team into Zenchef during a period of significant leadership changes, achieving the lowest employee turnover rate across the company.
