- Built a no-code workflow editor that let Customer Success update client workflows in ~10 minutes instead of ~3 days waiting on developers, dramatically accelerating iteration speed and reducing operational bottlenecks, using a visual builder made in React.

- Built a Rule Editor with live compiler + smart client data imports, enabling Customer Success to configure accounts same-day instead of 3–5 days.

- Reworked “Power Check” identification algorithm, cutting false positives by 80% via improved fuzzy/attribute matching.

- Saved hours of manual checks by building a flexible scans system that allows tenants to run account-wide checks on all cases (expiring IDs, missing UBOs, missing data), providing a fast, consolidated view of risks and remediation actions instead of triggering full workflows per case.

Bookfluencers.io is a collaborative marketplace for the French-speaking book market that connects authors with a community of reviewers (“bookfluencers”).

- Scaled to 3,200+ users as a solo founder, validated product-market fit and shipped the full marketplace (discussion system, mutual author/reviewer requests), by owning product, engineering, and ops on a React/Next.js + Post-graphile/PostgreSQL stack.

- Added contextual “next-step” actions directly inside conversations, drastically reducing support questions about what to do next by making only the relevant actions available at each stage.

- Increased by 50% review completion rate by building a recommendation algorithm based on profile completion, past evaluations, availability and deadline reliability.

- Implemented follow-up automations that increased review completion rate by 18% by sending reminder emails at specific intervals before the deadline.

fxhash is a generative-art marketplace on the tezos blockchain.

- Improved fxHash UX via a tight Discord feedback loop, contributing to strong community adoption and a noticeable reduction in support tickets by shipping iterative fixes to search, filters, fiat on-ramp (Winter), and batch collection actions.

- Developed features of fxText, a rich on-chain article editor for Tezos (drafts, Markdown, modular blocks like math, media, embeds, user mentions), contributing to 990 articles minted.

- Implemented fxParams UI and Harberger-tax “mint tickets” system, contributing to 160 tokens minted via mint tickets, enabling collectors to secure customization access before purchase.
