Over the past few years, I have guided multiple teams simultaneously in complex, international environments, including Euroclear, Volvo Cars, and Alpega. I was responsible for sprint planning, progress monitoring, risk and independence management, and reporting to stakeholders at various levels. Quality, scope, and deadlines are generally a matter of course for me, as is supporting project managers and product owners with their reporting and processing.

My approach is always people-oriented: I build trust, foster psychological safety, and encourage ownership within teams. I have experience coaching both teams and individual Product Owners and Scrum Masters, and I have guided teams through iterations with a strong focus on self-organization and continuous improvement. Additionally, I have a proven track record of facilitating workshops, retrospectives, PI kickoffs, and large-group sessions — often supported by Serious Games to enhance collaboration and insight.

Working in multicultural, multisite contexts is the norm for me. I have worked extensively with teams in Sweden, India, China, the US, and Belgium, and I move smoothly between different communication styles and expectations. My calm, empathetic, and structured approach helps me connect quickly with new teams and clients.
