As the business environment in consumer electronics is changing I am supporting Pioneer to create a service-oriented offering. Through extensive user-centered research, product planning and the definition of new operational models we strive to build a broad SaaS offering. Working with senior management my role is to challenge the status quo in the European and global business units in order to transform the business from within.

With over 15 years of management experience I help companies start up new products, new teams or even completely new businesses. I am well versed in general management as well as highly specialized in product development and product management. The tools and techniques I apply are always chosen for the specific circumstances. I am a people person as I believe the strongest companies are built by the strongest teams. As a leader I want to empower and inspire rather than manage people individually and closely - true to the agile way of working. I have worked primarily with new business teams or (corporate) ventures, backed by big players like Baloise, StepStone, Qualcomm, Alcatel-Lucent etc. Daxe as a company provides management services for organizations dealing with software development. At Daxe we are specialized in agile product management (scrum, kanban) and lean startup principles. Our services include product/project/portfolio management and we also provide coaching/training in agile methods like e.g. storymapping.

Coobs is a design consultancy company aimed primarily at digital and printed communication. We design logos, brands, websites and printed media (folders, brochures, banners etc.). In print we do everything from first sketch to pre-press. In web design we offer consultancy for your existing website as well as setting up sites from scratch. Usually we use open-source CMS software (Drupal, Joomla, WP...) to build your site.
