I co-founded Chinoiseries, my Paris-based Chinese food project during the pandemic, out of a desire to try and combat the anti-Asian sentiment that COVID exacerbated. What started out as selling thousands of hand-made frozen dumplings during lockdown has since expanded to pop-up's, teaching Chinese dumpling classes, cooking private and commercial events around Franceand hosting a semi-regular supper club.
