Bonjour,

Je suis Senior Project Manager avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans la livraison de projets complexes dans des environnements réglementés et technologiques (ferroviaire, automobile, nucléaire).

Expertise solide en gouvernance de projet, gestion des exigences et environnements de projets digitaux. Capacité éprouvée à coordonner des équipes transverses et multiculturelles (business, ingénierie, IT) tout en assurant l’alignement sur le périmètre, le coût, le planning et la qualité.

Expérimentée dans le pilotage de projets basé sur les données, à travers des tableaux de bord KPI et des reportings exécutifs, en utilisant des outils tels que Power BI et les systèmes d’entreprise.

Actuellement orientée vers des missions dans l’IT, le digital et la gestion de projets par l’IA, où la structure, la gouvernance et l’alignement business-technologie sont essentiels à la réussite.
