    In charge of the Agile transformation for three product teams with limited Scrum knowledge, my objective was to enhance business value delivery to Dior and end users. Working within the retail program, I focused on applications utilised in-store by sales associates and managers.
    I began by assessing current processes before tailoring a Scrum framework to suit our team's specific needs. Key contributions included:
    • Collaborating with Product Owners (PO) and Product Managers (PM) to define a clear product vision and articulate the concepts of Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks.
    • Utilising story mapping techniques, enabling the PO to effectively manage the backlog and articulate sprint goals.

    Facilitating better communication with a developer team based in Israel, I emphasised the importance of collaborative story-building, merging functional and technical expertise.
    On the QA side, I provided training on tools like Postman and fostered a culture of curiosity during backlog refinement, ensuring continuous participation from all team members.
    Outcomes achieved:
    • The establishment of clear sprint goals helped the team prioritise effectively, maintaining management confidence in our work even when not all sprint items were delivered.
    • In a geographically diverse dev team, I worked to bridge communication gaps, enhancing collaboration across teams.

    Additionally, I actively participate in a community of Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, sharing insights and coordinating PI Planning sessions to manage inter-team dependencies effectively.
