Organizations bring me in when something new needs to be made real, whether it's launching a product, setting up a new department, navigating new regulation, or kicking off a fresh business activity.

I'm trusted to work in the early, unstructured stages, where things are still taking shape and there's a need for someone who can bring structure without stifling creativity. Examples of past assignments:

An AI and compliance technology venture turning an ambitious idea into a credible, regulation-ready proposition. I shaped the strategy, target markets and governance approach, ensuring alignment with EU regulation (including the AI Act) and frameworks such as ISO 27001, DORA and NIS2 from the start.

A medium-sized organization growing too big to follow up its work manually. With senior and middle management, I mapped how they worked and where the pain points were, then selected and implemented the IT tools best aligned with their needs, together with the people who would use them.

An innovative family business opening a new B2B activity through a digital marketplace. I assessed market readiness and suppliers, then built the business plan and launch strategy with the leadership team.

A large corporate needing to transform to stay relevant. With the marketing and sales director and his team, I moved the transformation from strategy to a concrete roadmap and action plans, implementing the change while safeguarding business continuity.
