I am a person with a dual character: on one hand I have high EQ, great coaching and leadership skills, but on the other hand I am highly analytical, structured with creative problem solving skills. However the strongest skill is Lean/optimization mindset, I always reflect on how sustainable are the processes I am involved in and create improvements. And at the end, there are always people behind the processes!

What has deepened my experience: working in 7 countries; having Lean optimization projects in operations, customs, HR, customer service; managed operational performance for several regional customers (Nokia, Volvo, Amazon Europe, ThermoFisher etc.). This blend gives me insights in different cultures, departments, and companies.

I am looking forward to connect and support companies, individuals, to learn new industries along the way!
