Avocat spécialisé en droit des technologies, je conseille depuis plus de 15 ans des entreprises — startups, scale-ups et groupes internationaux — sur leurs enjeux juridiques liés au digital.

Fondateur de Odity, j’interviens comme interlocuteur unique pour piloter des projets d’implantation et de développement, en coordonnant l’ensemble des enjeux juridiques et réglementaires (corporate, IT/IP, contrats, conformité, GDPR).

Je m’appuie sur un réseau éprouvé de partenaires spécialisés afin d’offrir un accompagnement intégré, à haute valeur ajoutée, alliant rigueur juridique et compréhension fine des modèles économiques digitaux.

J’accompagne mes clients sur la rédaction et la négociation de contrats complexes (IT, SaaS, licences, outsourcing), la mise en conformité réglementaire ainsi que la gestion des risques juridiques liés aux technologies et à l’innovation.

J’ai également une solide expérience en environnement corporate et en management de la conformité, notamment en tant que DPO et legal interim au sein de grands groupes internationaux (énergie, automobile, finance), ce qui me permet de comprendre les contraintes business et d’apporter des solutions pragmatiques, directement actionnables.

Mon objectif : sécuriser vos projets tout en facilitant leur déploiement.
