Prepared and promoted end-to-end solutions while working in close collaboration with CEOs and stakeholders. Captured customers’ needs, product scenarios, user stories and stakeholder feedback to create new and improve existing products.  Directed the complete product lifecycle for the creation of a medical wearable device (software and hardware) in collaboration with a team of 8 persons while staying within the €800K budget.

 Senior Manager for the analysis and redesign of previous products and the creation and opening of a new product range which led to the filing of 3 new patents and a major increase in revenue for the company.

 Directed the production line for 3 ranges of products.

 Directed and coordinated supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimisation, profitability maximisation, and KPIs, which resulted in increasing revenue during COVID-19 to €700K (300% increase during the first confinement and stabilisation of the revenue since then).

As the company Health Adviser, I was responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships with public and private health professionals and organisations, as well as preparing and delivering company communications related to products and health (web, social media, print, conferences, media, and video content).
