    ▪ Developing precast and ready-mix concrete markets in Belgium and
    Northern France by introducing Ecocem in the mixtures, the low CO2
    cement coming from the transformation and grinding of blast furnace
    slags into a high quality cement. Based in the Namur region in Belgium
    and reporting directly to the Managing Director of Orcem/Ecocem in
    The Netherlands.
    ▪ I realised a market study to understand the sales potential in this
    region. This report helped to decide on major investments in the port of
    Dunkirk to built a plant for import and grinding of GGBS.
    ▪ I put Ecocems flag on the market in order to gain confidence in the
    brand and their long term goals for the market. I created the first
    strategic volumes and also proposed a new strategic plan for
    distribution from Dunkirk and Moerdijk.
    ▪ Support to Innovation and new business development, in close
    collaboration with innovation team Ecocem Materials reporting directly
    to the Innovation Director.
    ▪ I detected several new business projects that I developped together
    with R&D and Innovation team based on new products in existing and
    new markets.
