As a supply Network professional, I have a blend of commercial acumen and supply chain knowledge to enhance operational performance and profitability of prime brands. Broad experience in Manufacturing/Supply Network (FMCG , automative and Tobacco) with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, E2E solutions development, Process improvement and change management experience together with leading Operational Excellence programs –(IWS:OPEX), TPM.

I use my experience and skills for leading a business or organizational change, by engaging, energizing, envisioning and enabling the organization at every level.

It’s exciting to design and implement new projects to build higher efficiency and effectiveness.

One of my biggest motivations at work is implementation of projects which will improve effectiveness and efficiency of the systems to deliver increasing value to stakeholders.

Throughout my career, I have managed several multinational project with large scope in both technical and commercial areas.

In one of my recent project management experiences, I led successful landing of Europe Planning Service Center of P&G in Poland. I was engaged from strategy development to driving the company culture to the new teams, designing the organization structure to systems and work process developments. Partnered with stakeholders towards business plans execution, meeting the success criteria.

As a leader, I prioritize mentoring and developing my team members, empowering them to drive performance through collaboration and continuous improvement.

Worked effectively with key stakeholders and, I delivered bottom line saving year on year and made the supply chain robust and reliable. Therefore, particularly for this opportunity I ’m convinced that my competencies and experience on building SCM strategy complementary to the commercial strategic direction, capability development and operations management present a great interest for the Project Management role.
