In my work I combine IT architecture, delivery management and expert software engineering roles to deliver Application Landscape Transformation services in custom software development, Enterprise Application Integration solutions and technology implementations (packages, frameworks, tools, ...). I help my clients to define, built, implement and use IT solutions throughout their full life cycle, from conception up to decommissioning. As a generalist I build on my sofware engineering background and 30 years of consulting experience to get things done, independent if the path forward is (to be) formulated as a project plan or an architecture roadmap.

- 2021-...: Transition an integration environment based on Tibco EMS and Tibco BusinessWorks 5 & 6 towards a new technology stack based on amongst others Apache Camel, Spring Boot and Google Kubernetes Engine, redeveloping integrations used across all functional domains. - 2021: Move API Gateway implementation from Tibco Mashery towards Google Apigee.
- 2019-2021: Introduce and integrate a new Customer Identity solution based on a single product (SAP Customer Data Cloud, also known as Gigya) to replace a technology stack made up of off the shelf components and bespoke scripting and development.
- 2018: Introduce and integrate a new consent management solution to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation
- 2016-2017: Introduction of an API Gateway solution (Tibco Mashery) and a new major version of the EAI technology stack (Tibco BW6), enabling the creation of a mobile customer application
- 2016: Establish specifications to migrate the Supplier Finance Portal to a new technology stack
- 2013: Transition the application maintenance activities for a bespoke built Java-based application platform (for customer Loyalty) from a third party provider to our delivery team
