A few concrete results: at cLabs, I cut infrastructure spend by ~50% year-over-year while building unified Grafana/Prometheus monitoring and GitOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Argo CD). I coordinated 4 engineering teams, management and external stakeholders through Celo's L1→L2 migration, building the procedures so it didn't depend on any one person.
