The project aims to implement multiple applications to enhance sales and posting management for the Austrian subsidiaries of JCDecaux, five companies in total. These applications will be interconnected using Kafka technology and APIs, integrating with SAP, four media planner applications, and various local tools such as Salesforce and other specific Austrian downstream applications.

The ecosystem includes several applications : a master data application for asset management, CRM utilizing Salesforce for client management, media planning tools, booking, price management, and contracting applications, posting management, user administration, reporting utilizing Power BI, and integration with SAP modules (Operations, Sales, and Finance).

My primary responsibilities involve coordinating all project activities with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress, understanding and analyzing the business processes of the Austrian subsidiaries, monitoring new developments, setting up environments, migrating data, and conducting integration tests.

The suite of applications includes a master data application for asset management, CRM using MS Dynamics for client management, booking and price management tools, contract management, posting management, user administration, reporting utilizing Power BI, and integration with SAP modules (Operations, Sales, and Finance).

My primary responsibilities involved coordinating all project activities with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress, understanding and analyzing the business operations of the Dutch subsidiary, monitoring new developments, setting up environments, migrating data, and conducting integration tests.

The goal of the project is to enhance the existing media planning application used by over 20 subsidiaries of JCDECAUX. This application is integrated with master data systems such as asset inventory and CRM and downsteam application through Kafka technology and APIs.

My primary responsibilities involved facilitating and leading workshops to assess the sales business across various business units of JCDECAUX : Australia, Singapore & Asia, Germany, Netherlands, UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, France, USA, Brazil.

This analysis included evaluating the current tool's capabilities against business needs. Subsequently, I translated the findings into new requirements and communicated them to the product manager from both business and IT perspectives.
