As social media manager, I help build an online community for the company through planning, developing and implementing content strategies on various social media platforms. A day in my life at work typically includes planning and developing social media campaigns, creating content and posting it across social media accounts, and engaging with our community on different channels. A huge part of my day is spent ensuring brand consistency in visual content and copy through tone, voice and terminology.

In addition to the company's social media accounts, I manage the social media accounts for a selection of hospitality clients.

The Product Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all of Dutch Label Shop's products meet the high standards of quality and availability in virtually every aspect.

- Act as product evangelist by consulting with internal stakeholders and high value customers about virtually anything surrounding product design, production and general best practices.

- Research customer product needs and provide reports and/or input into customer needs including customer council interactions and communications.

- Research, design and implement both custom and stock products in the store.

- Research, design and implement product layouts and templates to be customized by customers in the store.

- Provide input on product marketing initiatives and implement on customer channels including social media and the store when needed - including producing marketing graphics and taking custom product photography.

- Train other staff members on product quality processes and guidelines including developing and training image review and editing processes.

- Coordinate with internal teams and document key product data needed for selling, and marketing products including managing product data in key systems.

- Contribute directly to image and product review support when order volumes are high.
