My professional background has led me to explore various aspects of information systems, from development to project management, including the deployment of software factory solutions, as well as the implementation of tools and methods to improve team performance. This broad perspective, combined with skills developed over the years, enables full 360° product mastery (UX, Agile, Development, Project Management, Team Management, Jira Administration, etc.).
These experiences have shaped a pragmatic coaching approach that does not aim to promote Agile as a dogma, but rather to adapt it to each environment by relying on metrics, concrete actions, facilitation, and a focus on results and measurable progress.
