Mission: Management of an international portfolio worth £125m in Engineering and Automation for an international pharmaceutical company.

The Vx Capital Investment team manages the portfolio of CAPEX Automation projects in Belgium and Worldwilde (12 production sites globally). The team is responsible to ensure all CAPEX Automation projects are delivered according to plan with quality standards as a priority.

Activities performed:

- Definition and adoption of a roadmap aimed to create a sustainable and effective program operating model, specifying: principles, criteria, governance, processes, rules, methodology and templates and tools.

- Mapping of the Programs capabilities against the Programs' objectives

- Definition and implementation of the processes, tools, reporting mechanisms and tracking methods required for an exhaustive and current view of a program’s status, progress, next steps, threats and opportunities

- Definition of an international governance implication 200+ stakeholders globally

- Definition of all key metrics necessary to the correct assessment of a Program, in particular; cost, scheduling, scope, risk and stakeholders management

- Preparation of decks, presentation & conferences aimed to senior management audience

- Preparation of regular progress reports according to the clients' framework

- Put in place central dashboard to effectively monitor progress vs. the Program’s KPIs

- Implementation of tools and techniques needed to facilitate the decision process and prioritization

- Deployment of Change Management techniques to bring constant improvements to the Program’s working and internal-external collaboration

- Established a framework for knowledge sharing across the different sites running the Program (12 production sites globally) and between the sites and the Global Program management team
