- Comprendre l'utilisateur, quelle valeur le produit lui apporte, quelles sont les frustrations qu'il rencontre lors de l'utilisation du produit et comment on peut trouver un compromis avec les contraintes techniques pour améliorer l'état de l'application.

- Industrialiser le developpement. L'importance d'automatiser au maximum tout en gardant le contrôle. Bien choisir ses interfaces, bien écrire ses tests, documenter ses décision, comprendre et améliorer nos process.

- Créer de la confiance dans les membres d'une équipe pour que le bon comme le mauvais puisse remonter et améliorer. Souvent, le plus compliqué dans une équipe est de bien communiquer
