As a trusted advisor for Salesforce's key customers, I provided guidance and support to ensure that their platform journey was successful, and that they developed properly-architected and scalable solutions. In my role, I had three main responsibilities tailored to each customer's unique needs :

- I collaborated with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and priorities. I helped them create a vision and roadmap, led requirements gathering and solution workshops, and defined solutions to meet their needs.

- I worked with technical stakeholders to help build a roadmap for their Salesforce journey. I also provided proof-of-concept support for innovative concepts and applications, and designed architectures, technical solutions, and best practices to ensure scalability and maintainability.

- Finally, I oversaw governance and served as part of their center of excellence for design and animation. I provided guidance and ensured adherence to design authority guidelines, as well as facilitated collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization. Overall, my role was critical to ensuring that Salesforce's strategic customers received the support and expertise they needed to achieve their goals and build successful solutions on the platform. As a Salesforce consultant and architect, my role involved animation of workshops and guiding clients through Gap Analysis and Solution Design, ensuring that their business requirements were met. I worked closely with clients to develop both Functional and Technical Specifications that accurately reflected their needs. Additionally, I was responsible for Estimation, Planning, and Team Management to ensure that project timelines and budgets were met. I also took care of Configuration, Administration, and Implementation, ensuring that clients had a smooth transition to their new system. I oversaw Tests and Validation, ensuring that the new system was fully functional and met all requirements. Furthermore, I managed innovation watch, ensuring that clients were aware of any new features and how they could benefit from them.
