- Develop a solution to promote Business Development through Business Intelligence.

- Secure the processes are clearly and globally described and implemented. Achievements:

- Developed a dynamic database (5000+ lines of VBA code) enabling the sales management to centralize and thoroughly analyze the available data on their leads (learnt VBA in this role).

- Exceeded the expectations in terms of complexity and customization.

- Implemented the tool in the sales department and promoted European implementation.
