Management of the Finance Department (business and accounting reporting, accounting, sales administration, administrative tasks) for a company of around 200 employees.

Preparation and monitoring of a €20M annual budget, with reporting to the Executive Committee (Comex).

Monitoring the company’s profitability and performance.

Management of the HR department (benefits, payroll, HR legal matters).

Direct management of 2 employees in finance and 2 employees in HR.

• - Manage and grow an international recruitment team within ALTEN in Europe (5 > 20)

• - Adapt recruitment strategy on a international / local scale to the market and implement new ways to find and recruit Business Managers

• - Coach new recruiters into ALTEN processes and methods

• - Actively participate in the recruitment process and headhunting

• - Lead transversal group topics (Data flows on recruitment, international trainings, integration, career path evolution for Business Managers and staff)

• - Structure and deploy career path for Business Managers and internal staff
