Automation and innovation at UCB serve the purpose of value creation for end customers – patients with severe diseases, therefore society today and in the future.

My recent projects and responsibilities: SAP S/4 migration preparation gap analysis, vendors selection, SAP support team management for Treasury and Tax;

• o My role included requirements gathering, multinational developers team management, implementation strategy, budget, timelines, and planning.

Finance Automation projects portfolio, "Automation roadmap" & RPA:

• o From global brainstorming /knowledge sharing sessions to implementation of automated solutions for performance improvement & cost reduction.

• o My role included Automation roadmap strategy, stakeholders management, multinational developers teams management, budgeting, timelines, each project is business case driven (strictly determined ROI).

• o Successful automation business case published in Financial Director magazine (awarded as best Finance Team in 2018), communicated at several conferences: Cognitive Business Automation and Cognitive Finance(2018, 2019), ScaleUp360(2019, early 2020).

I actively drive innovations implementation for patients' value creation: arrange knowledge sharing sessions and participate in industry events (as a speaker as well). I also work part-time with Pharma Access team - building dashboards, revealing strategic insights for medication access in international markets from regulatory requirements mapping and competitive landscape analytics to pricing assumptions and net sales impact analysis (assessment of MENA region as well).

Implementation of SAP ERP (S/4 HANA) (3 full cycle, 2 rollouts), EI and consolidation, RPA solutions, Performance Improvement Projects:

• • Team lead - AB InBev & SAB Miller merger: management of consolidated reporting solution implementation, hyper care of first financial closing for Latin America (11 countries, 80 employees; 5 colleagues in the team; Reports: BS, PL, Cashflow, Notes. IT tools: Cognos Controller, Hyperion).

• • Hands on customizing - Brico & Maxeda merger: first in Belgium pilot POC implementation of SAP S/4 1610, Finance, including SAP retail-specific features, profitability analysis, assets management, and IFRS16 solution (SAP RE-FX).

• • Project manager - Merck acquisition of Hitek: impact and gap analysis after a deal. Workshops with FDs of HiTech (Liquid crystals producers in Taiwan) and Merck (US, Taiwan, Europe).

• • Project manager - Nokia&Alcatel merger: after merger analysis of the integration of reporting systems for Latin America Market.

• • Project manager - Jumbo supermarkets: analysis and management of financial closing automation process (Redwood Robotics)

• • SAP hyper care and support team management - Berkshire Hathaway acquisition of Duracell: Management of after acquisition hyper care for Finance, including accounting closing and tax.

• • Team lead - Posti (Post of Finaland) and Itella: logistics companies. Management of finance solution (VAT and profit Tax; Treasury) implementation for 6 entities in Russia (Statutory Finance in SAP ERP).

• • Team lead Rosatom, the world's leading nuclear energy producer: management of the implementation of consolidated financial reporting solution for 13 regions (several sites for each region).
