Designed and taught mindfulness based programs and training in online and face-to-face settings. Led development of mindfulness digital tools and apps, leveraging best practices in experiential learning and project management while following the principles of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and cognitive therapy. Collaborates with the senior management to develop organizational vision, operational strategies and overall priorities. Translates and aligns business strategy into actionable goals, leading implementation of organization-wide goal setting, and annual operating planning. Oversees organization's day to-day operations: aligning business functions and building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive. Serving as Head of People, leads performance management, determines hiring needs and implements policies that promote company culture and vision. Manages several outsourced and third-party providers for specific internal functions (e.g. Accounting, IT, Legal, and Advertising/Branding). And assists Founder and CEO in various projects and strategic initiatives.
