I am an enthusiastic project and change manager with 25 years of working experience. My passion is to help organizations to improve their performance by aligning people, processes & technology and coaching employees to refine their competencies resulting in breakthrough results.

The last 20 years I successfully implemented SAP in several regions and worked Internationally on numerous organizational change and process improvements.

I am at my best in a multidisciplinary environment where I can rely on my skills to build a team and to connect people and departments.

My core strengths are enthusiasm and perseverance, conceptual and analytical thinking and fast learning. I am practical and result oriented, organization sensitive and has an eye for detail without losing the big picture.
