• Carve out of Russian Sales Center from European SAP system. Selection of vendor for due diligence and project execution. Project and test manager for MLE business. Project execution in close collaboration with Tokyo head quarter.
• Integration of Austrian IT department into European central IT organization. Elaborated due diligence and sensitivity analysis in alignment with the Austrian stakeholders.
• Application development factory. Designed new operating model for outsourcing of product oriented software development in collaboration with application outsourcing partner.
• Scrum way of working optimization. Coaching of scrum masters in order to align DoR, DoD and responsibilities of the scrum teams with their capabilities.
• Agile software delivery outsourcing KPI’s. Elaboration of performance and quality metrics for self-steering teams, servant leaders and agile software delivery outsourcing projects, based on Seerene pull request and source code analysis in close collaboration with the vendor.

• Defended the case for strengthening internal staff to safeguard internal knowledge of the application landscape and started the first significant hiring in more than 10 years
• Achieved improvement of effort estimation and planning methodology by the development teams
• Elaboration of inflow and portfolio management at enterprise level
• Set up a basic IT management information system and promoted its use
by middle and first-line IT management
