Pierre Martin

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve built a profile at the crossroads of creative and technical direction, project management and communication.

Driven by curiosity and passion, I’ve grown through diverse roles: from coordinating a youth-led TV show broadcast on BX1 and RTBF, to managing a mobile livestream unit and eventually LeGrow.Studio modular recording studios (for talks, podcast, interview). I’ve directed and produced over 400 live (conferences, concerts, events), including +200 high-end multicam productions at Bozar and beyond.

I also organized 150 gigs, two audiovisual exhibitions, opened a bar at Flagey and an alternative warehouse at Tour&Taxi.

What sets me apart is a transversal skill set: I’m as comfortable behind a live mixer as budgeting a production or leading communication efforts. I believe in meaningful content and collaborative energy.
