▶️ I am an international senior business leader with over 20 years of experience in delivering strong business growth for top multinational agencies and brands through product and service innovation that meets market needs, excellence in business development and marketing, and emphasis on trust client relationships. I have deep expertise in commercial strategy, change management, go-to-market and client service, where I systematically focus on building highly collaborative workforce cultures.

▶️ My most recent assignment was to support the international media consulting agency Biggie through a period of change (including rebranding), transforming its commercial performance and operations through technology innovation, robust sales processes and organisational design, instilling a mindset of confidence and client-centricity.

Before at Kantar, I supported commercial teams across 70+ markets in their go-to-market strategy and consultative selling of the agile SaaS and AI Kantar Marketplace platform offer (>$100M).

▶️ In addition, I advise as a mentor and act as a jury for students in International Management and Business & Data Analytics, part of an effort to bridge between companies, students and school divisions, as well as acting as a soundboard for educational initiatives.

▶️ I am a vice president at the International Advertising Association (IAA) Benelux Community Committee, with a mission to bring individuals and corporations active internationally in marketing and communications together to drive and facilitate innovation and creativity.
