First as an Expert consultant for ALTEN Belgium, and then as a self-employed contractor, I work at Gambit Financial Solutions. The company develops and sells assets & portfolio management applications both to banks and to direct customers.

I am responsible for leading a team of developers based in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for several central modules of the solution.

Following a successful career as a consultant, I founded my own company to offer independent expertise in the IT sector.

As Technical Manager for the IT division, my responsibility is to identify and respond to public tenders for all IT-related subjects, with special attention to deliverables-oriented missions.

• * Summarize tender's scope and requirements and present it to stakeholders

• * Follow-up of all necessary administrative documentation

• * Coordination between technical experts and business managers

• * Maintenance of all the references to fit with the tender specifications

• * Follow-up on client feedback to optimize process

• * Review project documentation

• * Follow-up on the various team members' work through regular meetings

• * Curate margin sheet and project KPIs

• * Present results and work advancement to clients

• * Maintain a skills matrix to match the project technical needs to each member's capabilities

• * Anticipate project risks and keep track of time spent and invoices
