The main tasks as a Business Analyst / Product Owner For Solidaris-Brabant.

- As a Business/Functional Analyst :

• Based on a text of the law/ordinance/circular/decrees and in collaboration with the stakeholders/Business, Rezki Performs analyzes in a complex multi-disciplinary/multi-software domain involving the integration and collaboration of mainframe systems, UNMS (Union Nationale des Mutualités Socialistes), Iriscare (https://www.iriscare.brussels/), CIN (College Intermutualiste National) and other systems in order to produce healthcare reimbursement claim software for members.

• Define and prepare an MVP with stakeholders

• Improved the existing Business Analysis method (Waterfall), standardized documentation, processes, and deliverables to enhance the work of Business Analysts and their role as intermediaries between the business and SCRUM team.

• Analyze the data in order to carry out the reporting and guide the product.

- As a Product Owner,

• Defining product requirements, prioritizing and manage backlog, animate and prepare with the team the sprint planning / sprint review , ensuring transparent communication between development teams and business stakeholders and keep management informed of project schedule and progress and submit reports

The IT-AHEAD wishes to develop a web application based on the DOLIBARR-ERP&CRM,

The application should be easy and intuitive with the following features:

• To be able to encode timesheet via a calendar with a one day, one week or one month view

• Choose the time slot of the timesheet

• Choose the client, the project, the task, description, start and end, on which the time sheet will be encoded

• Drag and drop

• Validation workflow

• Automatic color assignment according to workflow status

• Notify by email the changes of the statues, with the possibility to configure its notifications (to be notified by status or not)

• Possibility to send the timesheet to the project contact for validation. the sending is done via the application with a predefined email template. the system generates a signed PDF with the timesheet.

• Be able to generate an invoice based on the timesheets and send it via the application with a predefined email template.

• Search for timesheets on different fields such as: clients, projects, start/end date,...etc and generate the timesheet and send it

• Display the time budget (invoiced, outstanding and balance) for each service. via the task and on the project. With an alert (colour) if it is exceeded

• The application must be responsive design
