Created and managed ToutDoo, an entrepreneurial activity focused on Odoo related digital solutions, business development and client acquisition. Managed prospecting, client meetings, requirements analysis, solution proposals and commercial follow-up. Used digital, automation and AI tools to address concrete business needs. Developed a cross-functional business view covering strategy, client relations, sales operations and execution.
