I developed strategic communication products, briefing materials, and messaging for senior leadership and diplomatic stakeholders, supporting engagement with EU institutions, Member States, and international partners. I oversaw digital content development across websites, social media, and external publications, ensuring quality, consistency, and organizational alignment. I managed and grew social media channels, using metrics and KPIs to optimize reach and engagement. I coordinated with EU Delegations, Member State representatives, and UN agencies on politically sensitive communication initiatives, managed CMS-based distribution of reports and press releases to UNHCR’s network of partners and donors, and led preparatory work for the UNHCR Libya website launch, including content architecture, page structure, positioning strategy, and user journey design. I also provided communication guidance and training to staff and partners, enhancing reporting quality and storytelling to counter xenophobic narratives.

I produced political, security, and human rights analyses under the EU CSDP framework, providing actionable insights for senior leadership and EU institutions. I drafted reports, briefings, and policy notes on Eastern Partnership and conflict prevention for EEAS, Council, and EU Member States. I served as Press and Public Information Focal Point, developing press releases, social media content, and mission bulletin articles, while contributing to social media strategy and designing visual materials to simplify complex mandates. I also developed training materials on domestic and gender-based violence for community outreach, adopted mission-wide as best-practice guidance.
