Senne Desmet

I'm Senne, a 23-year-old M&A advisor based in Belgium. I'm self-made, genuinely passionate about deals and the businesses behind them, and the kind of person who gets excited about a complex problem rather than intimidated by it.

I draw on my experience at Deal Advisor — a sell-side M&A boutique focused on SME and mid-market transactions across the Benelux — to help business owners, investors, and management teams think through acquisitions before the process starts. Most M&A mistakes happen before a banker is ever involved: the wrong target, an unclear investment thesis, or a business case that doesn't hold up under scrutiny. That's where I come in.

I work with clients on buy-and-build strategy and target universe mapping, financial analysis and EBITDA normalisation, acquisition modelling and scenario analysis, and investment memo preparation and deal structuring advice. This is not full deal execution — it's the strategic and analytical groundwork that helps you move with conviction when it matters.

I work fast, communicate clearly, and always want to understand the full picture before jumping to conclusions. Outside of work you'll find me in the gym or digging into something new — that same energy is what I bring to every project.
