Led a loss-making operation to profitability, reduced investment costs by 30% for our new processing plant, and mitigated closure losses significantly.

P&L responsibility for the aqua division of Aboitiz Vietnam, rebuilding the lost aqua feed volumes and initiating new sales revenue in fish and shrimp. Restoring the business volumes from 5000 MT to 12000 MT per month. New initiatives in functional feed. Added 70.000MT toll milling in 2023. Started up new branding.

P&L responsibility for the total business of ADM animal nutrition in Vietnam and Cambodia. The company operates 5 feed factories, 1 premix factory, 2 RD centers, 1 commercial Lab and 8 warehouses in Vietnam/Cambodia. Business is focused on the sales of animal feed (swine, poultry, pet, fish and shrimp), starter diets (Bernaqua), feed additives and premixes (Wisium) and Lab services (Upscience). Acquired and successfully started up a new premix factory (Golden Farm) in 2021. Increased feed margins to highest level in 5 years and launched over 30 new products.
