I’m Stephan Hahn, founder of Imagin4Care, a specialized R&D studio for medical imaging AI, computer vision, and image processing.

I help medtech companies, healthtech startups, research teams, and clinical innovation teams turn complex imaging data into reliable, deployable AI products: from proof of concept to production-ready pipelines.

I deliver end-to-end:

• Medical image processing and computer vision pipelines: DICOM handling, preprocessing, registration, segmentation, classification, detection, 3D reconstruction, visualization, and measurement extraction.

• Custom AI for medical imaging: deep learning models for radiology, surgery, pathology, patient-specific planning, anomaly detection, and clinical decision-support prototypes.

• Medical MLOps and deployment: reproducible training, experiment tracking, model versioning, validation workflows, monitoring, and deployment infrastructure.

• Outsourced R&D and technical leadership: I act as your embedded imaging-AI lead to de-risk technical decisions, structure the roadmap, and accelerate product development.

• Strategic consulting: technical due diligence, architecture review, AI roadmap definition, data strategy, feasibility studies, and prototype scoping.

My background combines academic research at ULB and École Polytechnique with medtech industry experience in patient-specific surgical planning. I bring scientific depth, hands-on engineering, and a product-shipping mindset.
