- Debugged a large part of the V3 application.

- Restructured and factorized more than +10 features of V3.

- Designed with the CTO new features based on my recommendations for the user interface.

- Wrote the US in the backlog - Jira

30 interviews performed with employees of AFD (Agence Française de Développement) and a quantitative form on the "shadow it" for the whole group (3000 people). Managed to make 5 personae and 5 customer journey map. I accomplished the executive summary.
