Worked on the creation of a monetization platform for online courses, private meetings or virtual conferences. I elaborated a market analysis, was involved in making the key business' strategic lines and building the business model. I interacted with various investment professionals.

I was in charge of planning and managing events across different sites. I work alongside the sales team to plan various events type such as wedding, trade fair, team building events ... In close relation with the back of house team I also ensured that all the equipment and stock were accurately organized in order to deliver smooth and high standard events. While running the events, I was responsible for the staff management and the guests relation.

I delt with group booking and events sales.

I was taking care of guests complaints and special requests. I was also responsible for recruitment and training of the new staff. (approx 20 staff) Clients : BCG, Rothschild, Manolo Blahnik, Sky Arts, Paul Smith…

I was also running private events for different catering companies.
