I am a freelance consultant with strong experience in IT staffing, HR strategy, and change management. Over the past years, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams (up to 40 people), built and developed local business units from scratch, and managed end-to-end HR and business operations for major players in the energy, industrial, and consultancy sectors.
