Freelance mission with Betagouv's start-up Engagement Civique

I worked remotely from Denmark.

I had the pleasure of working with around twenty collaborators (designers, PO, dev, support team, operations...) on a product aimed at young people aged between 15 and 17. Every day, I'm part of a "squad" with which we identify our users' needs, design solutions, test them and put them into production.

At Niji, I contributed to the success of high-impact digital projects for major clients across various industries. My role blended art direction and UI design, focusing on creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- Interface Design: Designed responsive interfaces for websites, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with client brand identity and user needs.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with multidisciplinary teams (POs, developers, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions that balanced aesthetics, functionality, and business objectives.

- Prototyping and User Testing: Developed prototypes and conducted usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.

- Guideline Implementation: Defined and deployed digital style guides and design standards to ensure consistency across all client platforms.

- Agile Processes: Integrated seamlessly into agile teams to align design work with iterative development cycles.

- Delivered impactful projects for clients such as Allianz, Virgin Mobile, PagesJaunes, BNP Paribas, and Kepler Cheuvreux.

- Played a critical role in digital transformations, enhancing user engagement and client satisfaction through well-executed design solutions.
