Three years at Bain & Company across demanding mandates — IT diagnostics, operational transformations, PE due diligences — in retail, renewable energy, and e-commerce. Then a year founding Booktin: GTM strategy, full-stack technical development, end-to-end ownership.

Transformation & PMO: end-to-end transformation program design: initiative scoping, ownership assignment, RDO governance setup, and KPI tracking. I've run these across programs with 15+ initiative owners and direct C-level exposure.

– 4 months experience in Due Diligences for Private Equity firms, in charge of leading a small team (1 to
2 people managed) to lead deep analyses on targeted business, market, competition, etc.
– 6 months for an international French retailer to (i) build the diagnostics of its tech/ data situation in
term of governance, organization and tools (2 months) and (ii) list and implement efficiency levers
based on diagnostics (e.g., externals vendors consolidation/ renegotiation, internalization of critical
capabilities, delivery process improvement, …)
– 5 months project for a global energy utility company to accelerate supply chain and production
processes, from material need tracking & procurement to production line organization – intensive
data analysis, with the creation of automated Excel tools (VBA) to replace manual operations
– 5 months project for a European e-commerce leader to (i) review their partner proposition and (ii)
implement a new operating model
– 2 months internal work for Bain Paris office to (i) analyze business situation and design strategy going
forward and (ii) build and implement Tableau Dashboards to effectively track business and HR KPIs

Design, strategy definition (incl. bus. model), and technical development of Booktin, an ecosystem of solutions aiming at becoming a one-stop shop for sport outdoor professionals. We started with the development and deployment of 2 products:
– Personalized websites, ready to deploy in less than 2hrs with all the essential functionalities (presentation of activities, online booking and payment, gift cards, etc.)
– A marketplace similar to Airbnb, specialized on outdoor sports (undisclosed confidential competitive details) – product is ready, we are launching it in Jul '26

We are putting the project on pause temporary.
