Lead the application carve-out for a large pan-European industrial company towards a stand-alone subsidiary:

• Coordinate the migration of an application landscape composed of 50+ assets covering multiple functional areas like supply chain and logistics, production support and engineering as well as finance and HR

• Supervise the delivery (from Blueprint to Hyper-Care) of third-party vendors and coordinate the migration activities executed by 120+ engineers

• Principal point of contact towards business key users community to orchestrate application roll-out across multiple industrial sites

• Facilitate alignment with other IT streams towards an efficient cross dependencies resolution

• Advisory role towards the Client's Program Director and Senior Leadership

• Support transition to the newly-created IT run and operation team

As Project Manager, my main responsibility is to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of projects for the Collateral Management business line, with a focus on large-scale initiatives with project teams sizing up to 4500 man-days:

• Develop and maintain project plans and forecasts, including resource requirements and costs.

• Proactively manage risks and their mitigations as well as dependencies with other projects.

• Manage virtual cross-functional teams across various divisions, including third party suppliers.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor the delivery progress and reporting to Senior Management and Steering Committee.

• Participate to Experts Working Groups related to the transformation to an Agile delivery framework.

• Support in the practical implementation of the new operating model within the Collateral Roadmap.

• Coaching of newly appointed Project Leaders and Scrum Masters.

Main projects managed (not exhaustive):

- Self-Select Launch: Development of a new custom-made software enabling external clients and in particular collateral givers to specify their securities position order preferences.

- Brexit Migration: Digitalization of the account creation process designed to facilitate the "bulk" transfer of activities from UK to EU27 entities.

- SFTR Compliance: Reviewing and ensuring conformity of the business line with the Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR) with an aim to enhance the transparency for all interested stakeholders as well as reducing risks of financial stability for all market players.

- Negative Cash Fails Risk Control: Revamping the Collateral core applications to eliminate risk of exposure across all Collateral Management Services.

As Program Manager, my mission is to deliver the new operating model (Business Process Outsourcing) for Debit and Credit Cards:

• Accountable for the end-to-end program delivery (total investment: € 20+ million).

• Management of a large project team of IT professionals (team size: 25+ FTEs).

• Define and monitor the multi-year roadmap for the Cards department.

• Change agent for the introduction of Agile / Scrum practices within the department.

• Supervise the negotiations with external service providers.

• Monitor the adequate contract execution by the suppliers and foster long term partnerships.

Key achievements:

- Setting-up from scratch of a new Center of Expertise (incl. IT support and Service Management).

- Automatization of the ordering of authentication tokens (pilot phase of the program).
