Product & Change Manager for the new Penalties Payment Service following the European CSDR-SDR regulation. This was a complex program that had an impact on several group business services. I managed centrally the core scope for the Euroclear group (7 CSDs) and assisted in the adaptation of the requirements to match the local IT systems. In the Product & Strategy team I worked closely with business sponsors, Legal, Compliance, C-level and senior management, risk management, external stakeholders (industry bodies ECSDA, AFME, competitor Clearstream Bank), and key clients. My role was to conduct business analysis, drive the ideation with stakeholders, report to the Risk Committee, draft the high-level business requirements (PRD), clarify and prioritize scope items, help identify/clarify risks, issues and dependencies, and coordinate with business and IT teams. I also took the role of Product Owner for the cash payment and settlement module of the GUI EasyWay. As the PO I was responsible for the product backlog & prioritization, impact assessments linked to new projects and regulations, and coordination with stakeholders. I worked on requirements related to IAM and SSO in particular.

My role was to take over the delivery of a project that implemented an Asset Servicing Only (ASO) – model on the ECB TARGET2-Securities platform. The project covered the requirements definition, design, build & testing for 7 markets. In this ASO - model Deutsche Bank manages the asset servicing, and Euroclear is the settlement operator for their mutual client Northern Trust. I managed 15 FTEs and 3K MDs during this period.
